张链,男,1983年10月出生,全日制研究生学历,工学博士,教授,硕士生导师,现任天津中德应用技术大学能源工程学院副院长,曾任津南区双碳办副主任,天津市企业科技特派员,首批全国高校黄大年式教师团队成员,天津市建筑学会建筑热能动力分会理事,中检天津能源与低碳技术委员会委员,天津市大数据联盟专家委员会专家委员,天津市可再生能源学会学术与竞赛专委会委员,多个SCI&EI期刊审稿人。
